Scientific Journal “Outlines of Global Transformations: politics, economics, law” was registered as mass media by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications on the  5th of  October, 2016. Registration certificate: ПИ №ФС77-67382. The previous title of the Journal (till October, 2016) is “Problem Analysis and Public Administration Projection”.

The Journal has been included in the database of the Russian Science Citation Index.

The Journal is published six times a year.

The Journal is distributed by subscription (Rospechat Agency Catalogue, Index -80247 ).

The founder of the Journal is Association of independent experts “Center for crisis society studies” (OGRN – 1067746089278, INN — 773053531, KPP — 770801001, registered as non-profit partnership “Governance and Problem Analysis Center” on the 20th of January, 2006. Subject to the decision of the Main Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation about state registration of amendments dated June 23,2015 charter documents of non-profit partnership “Governance and Problem Analysis Center” and its name are brought into compliance with the Federal Law № 99-FZ dated May 5, 2014 reserving OGRN and INN. Association of independent experts “Center for crisis society studies” carries out scientific research activities in the field of political science, law, economics, inviting famous scientists for its projects. The results of scientific research done by the Center are presented at the topics of “Outlines of Global Transformations: politics, economics, law” Journal: political science, law, economics . Since 2009 the  “Problem Analysis and Public Administration Projection” Journal  has been included in the List of Russian Peer-reviewed Scholarly Journals in which the fundamental scientific research results of dissertations for the academic degree of PhD or higher doctorate must be published. During this period the articles of the scientists representing different schools and directions have been published in the Journal, e.g. the articles of Sergey G. Kara-Murza, Georgiy G. Malinetski, Alexander I. Solovyev, Lidiya N. Timofeeva, Vladimir N. Leksin, Vladimir B. Isakov, Oksana V. Gaman-Golutvina, Leonid V. Yakobson, Yuri A. Tikhomirov, Sergey N. Silvestrov, Georgiy B. Kleiner, Vladimir G. Grafski and other leading researchers.
